3) Next, you’ll have a first interview with a recruiter. We’ll take a closer look at your background, ambitions, and motivations. You’ll ask questions, and so will we.
4) Finally, you’ll have a second interview with your future Loyalty Managers. You’ll tell us what excites you, and they’ll actively explore your talents and opportunities.
5) When we’re both convinced, we’ll discuss the contract and you can start your first challenge right away.

Our headquarters are currently located in Niel (Province of Antwerp). At the end of 2027, we will move to Be-One, a new, fully CO₂-negative office building in Puurs-Sint-Amands, constructed using an innovative cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure. This new office is not only an investment in the future but also tangible proof of our commitment to sustainability and people-first thinking. As a consultant, however, you will work from the client’s location rather than the headquarters. We take your preferred region into account as much as possible to support a healthy work-life balance.
