YOUR JOB

  • The expansion and follow-up of your own customer portfolio is part of your responsibilities. This both by approaching new potential customers and by expanding the business at existing accounts. This allows you to build a broad network of professional relationships. You do all this in close cooperation with your team.
  • You are the confidant for both the client and Finance consultant. You ensure an excellent match between the needs of the client and the expectations of the consultant. In addition, you guarantee a qualitative cooperation between all parties.
  • During the duration of a project you and your supervisor are responsible for a close follow-up of the consultant.
  • You ensure that our internal CRM system is up to date and take care of the corresponding admin tasks.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You hold a degree and have relevant experience.
  • You have a nose for Finance.
  • Most of your clients are located in the Brussels region and you are willing to travel there.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
  • Your commercial drive, result-oriented approach and excellent communication skills are your main assets.
  • A positive mindset and a strong team spirit.
  • You are flexible, patient and have strong organizational skills
  • You are able to set the right priorities and switch quickly when important requests come in. This in collaboration with your team and supervisor.

As soon as we receive your CV – via LinkedIn, at a job fair or via our site – we’ll get started with your application. We’ll give you a call and get to know each other during a brief but to-the-point conversation of about a half an hour. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we can arrange a date and time for you to come in to meet us face-to-face.

COME MEET US

During our first meeting, you’ll get to know a little more about our way of working. And we’d like to hear what you have to say, too. Not to talk about the weather, we’ve probably already done that to break the ice. But rather to hear about your competencies, language skills, motivation, salary and availability. You can go over your technical skills with the loyalty manager. And then you’ll have the chance to let everything sink in a little.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

Are we all in agreement that we’ve found a match? Then we’ll call you with the good news. Any further questions? This is the time to ask them. Because shortly, we’ll be expecting you to come in to discuss your contract. And before you know it, you’ll be assigned to one of our clients for your first challenge. Good luck!
